Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about the CPA Recruitment Portal 2026.
Registration & Account
Visit the portal and click "Register". Fill in your full name (as per SSLC / Aadhaar), email address, 10-digit mobile number, and a strong password. Submit the form and you will receive a 6-digit OTP on your registered email. Enter the OTP to verify your account. A unique Registration Number (e.g. CP26REG000001) will be assigned to you — note it down as it identifies you across all applications.
On the Login page, click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email address and an OTP will be sent to it. Verify the OTP, then set a new password. The link is valid for 10 minutes. If the OTP expires, request a fresh one using the "Resend OTP" option (maximum 3 resends per hour).
Check your spam / junk mail folder first. If the email is not there, wait 2–3 minutes and click "Resend OTP". Ensure the email address you entered is correct. If the problem persists, contact the helpdesk at recruitment.copa@ntcpwc.iitm.ac.in with your full name and registered email.
Your registered email and mobile number cannot be changed after account creation as they are used for identity verification throughout the process. Ensure you use an active, personal email address and mobile number at the time of registration.
Application Process
Log in to the portal and navigate to the Dashboard. The Section Checklist shows the real-time status of all 7 application sections — Not Started, In Progress (Draft), or Completed. Once you have completed all sections and made the payment, go to Section 7 (Summary & Submit) to do a final review and submit your application.
Yes. After completing Sections 1–5, go to Section 6 (Post Application). You can apply for multiple posts for which you are eligible. Each post requires a separate application fee payment. PWD and Ex-Serviceman (EXSM) candidates are exempt from the fee.
After final submission in Section 7, your application is locked and cannot be edited. You will receive a confirmation email with your Application Number (e.g. CP26AEEC0001). An application PDF is generated and available for download from Section 6. Shortlisted candidates will be notified by email and SMS for the next stage.
No. Once you click "Submit All" in Section 7, the application is permanently locked. Please review all sections carefully before final submission. You may save sections as "Draft" and return to edit them any number of times before the final submission.

If you have completed the payment on the SB Collect portal but haven't yet submitted these details on the portal, go to Section 6 and click "Complete Payment" to upload them. If you have already submitted them and the status still shows Pending, email recruitment.copa@ntcpwc.iitm.ac.in with your Application Number, SB Collect reference number, and a copy of your receipt.
